1. Information We Collect
You may provide your name, email address, mobile phone number, agreement to these policies, and optional SMS consent through the contact form. A mobile phone number is optional unless you select SMS consent.
Currently, the form prepares an inquiry locally in your browser and attempts to copy it to your clipboard. It does not automatically submit your information, save it to a database, create an account, or enroll you in SMS. The Rested receives the inquiry only if you choose to send it from your email app. The prepared draft is held in browser memory and is cleared when you leave or reload the page; clipboard contents remain under your device's control.
Account creation, interactive scheduling tools, and collection of event inputs are not currently active.
2. Mobile Information & SMS Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
3. Data Usage
Information you choose to send by email is used to respond to your direct inquiry. It is not an automatic subscription to marketing messages.
If the proposed messaging tools are activated, their purposes will include two-factor authentication (2FA) verification, requested calendar reminders, scheduling alerts, and family logistics notifications. Those messaging, account, and scheduling features are not currently active; this policy must be reviewed and updated to reflect their actual processing and retention before activation.
